After we narrow down on exactly what you need, it is time for an offer. This is the stage you provide an initial deposit. After successfully getting the offer accepted by the builder, you have 14 Days for Mortgage and Lawyer's approval. Make sure to hire someone professional and we will take care of rest. After all the approvals and 2nd Deposit Cheque, the fun part began.

The architect would work on your final plans right after the deal is finalized. Once plans are completed and approved by engineer and developer, it would be provided to YOU for review and submitted to City for approval.

After the Design studio, we began the construction. Watch your Dream Home being built in front of your eyes. Check out small details that happen thru the construction period and ask US questions if needed. It is very important to visit Home during the rough-in stage to make sure everything is according to your expectations.

Upon Drywall installation, most builders will be able to release the possession date. On new build, home inspection isn't a usual norm but be sure to pay attention to Walk-Thru. Learn about the warranties and check every corner of the house inside out to report any deficiencies up front.

The most unique part about building a new home is the warranties. There are several stages of warranties that you will go thru for first Year. It is normal to see shifting problems around the house along with some minor problems in your first year, but as long as you choose a reputable builder it will get resolved quickly.
